Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not working properly, contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. This includes (but is not limited to) wearable items that come in direct contact with skin.
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask — we’re happy to help.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
